Head to lively Ipanema and join a fun, educational cooking class. Discover the great diversity of Brazilian cuisine, which has influences from around the world. You’ll be shown how to make moqueca, a delicious fish stew made with white fish, tomatoes, peppers, coconut milk and a whole range of typical Brazilian ingredients. A vegetarian version is also available. You’ll also prepare a variety of dishes including fried okra with pepper jelly, flambéed sausage with onion, banana farofa, rice, a traditional brigadeiro for dessert and that famous cocktail – a caipirinha. Afterwards, sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour.
