Explore the peaceful 350-acre garden, which lies in the heart of the bustling city at the foot of the Corcovado Mountain – way below the right arm of Christ the Redeemer. Home to more than 8,000 different species of tropical and subtropical plants, it’s also alive with free-roaming wildlife such as monkeys, birds and butterflies.
