Take in magnificent Icelandic landscapes on your scenic drive to the family-run Hrísafell Goat Farm, which is nestled on the dramatic Snæfellsnes Peninsula. After a warm welcome by the owners, you’ll meet their Icelandic goats, and learn all about their origins and links to Thor in the Icelandic Sagas and Nordic Mythology. Then enjoy a delicious tasting of the farm’s products, including goat pate, goat meatballs and marinated goat meat. Afterwards, stop to ogle the colourful Drápuhliðarfjall Mountain, followed by another stop to admire the stunning cascades of Kirkjufellsfoss Waterfall, which lie in the shadow of impressive Mount Kirkjufell.
