Head to the wilds of the northernmost area of continental Europe and explore a quaint community in the most unlikely setting.
Gaze across the barren landscape of the windswept Arctic Circle during your panoramic drive. Arriving at North Cape, admire the infinite views out to sea from the top of the outcrop that plunges over 1,000 feet to the Arctic Ocean below.
You might be surprised to find a post office, chapel, bar and restaurant here. Look around at your own pace and browse for souvenirs in the shopping area. At the North Cape Hall, you’re free to explore the ‘Experience Centre’, which includes a 180° widescreen cinema, be sure to catch one of the regular showings of the spectacular 14-minute film about the North Cape. You’ll find out about the region’s nature, its past and local wonders such as the Midnight Sun.

Essential information
This excursion will operate by coach and on foot. There will be several departures with each coach filled to capacity. This tour is non-guided. The fare includes the entrance fee to the North Cape Hall and the multi-media film. The film is shown every 20 – 30 minutes and you are advised to view it as soon as possible after arrival. The North Cape Hall is built on 3 levels with the entrance on the top level. Stairs and lifts lead to lower levels. Belongings should not be left on any tour coaches as you may not return to the ship on the same coach. The North Cape is a popular attraction therefore crowds should be expected. Time spent at the North Cape will be approximately 1¾ hours.
