In Fatailah Square, you’ll find the 18th-century heart of the colonial administration and a number of well-preserved buildings. It’s also the sight of the Fatahillah Museum or Puppet Museum, where you will come across a specific section in the museum dedicated to showcasing the renowned Indonesian art of shadow puppetry, known as Wayang.
Your last visit takes you to the atmospheric 14th-century Sunda Kelapa harbour, home to colourful pinisi, and traditional wooden schooners.
