In ancient Piran, stroll the atmospheric maze of cobbled lanes and get a glimpse of the astounding Venetian architecture and other highlights. A short ride will take you to a picturesque wine estate, where you'll take part in an amazing truffle-hunting demonstration. Follow the dogs as they pick up the scent and root around on the trail, while your gracious host tells you all about this elusive ingredient. You’ll also learn about the different varietals produced at the vineyard. Afterwards, sit down to a chef-prepared lunch of regional favourites and truffle-flavoured delights, with a wine paired to each dish.
