Sit back and soak up the beautiful Turkish countryside as you make your way to Ephesus and Virgin Mary’s House, in a private van.

You and up to 3 other guests can enjoy a private, air-conditioned van for a day, and drive through the scenic countryside, with an English-speaking guide and local driver.

Your first stop is at the Virgin Mary’s House. This official Catholic shrine is where Jesus’ mother is said to have spent the last years of her life.

Then you’ll experience one of the greatest Greco-Roman archaeological sites in the world – Ephesus. Strolling along the old, marble processional way, you’ll pass a host of amazing architectural ruins, including the Library of Celsus, the terrace houses, Hadrian’s Temple, and so much more.

The massive Great Theatre, which dates back to the Hellenistic period, was expanded by the Romans in the 1st century AD to hold 25,000 spectators. And this is where St Paul preached to the Ephesians.

Returning to Kusadasi you’ll enjoy a demonstration of handmade carpets and get a taste of the rich culture surrounding these traditional pieces of art.
