Soak up the views and watch in awe as your guide performs ‘experiments’ to demonstrate the active, powerful forces beneath the earth’s crust.
You might be surprised to find that vineyards dot this region, with vines protected by semi-circular stone walls. Call in at a local bodega to try the wine made here and, on the journey back to your ship, stop off at an aloe vera farm to see how the healing plant is harvested.
