After a short training session, head off to explore. Travel past La Marina Avenue with its glass-fronted balconies and San Anton Archaeological Museum and Castle before continuing along the beautiful seaside promenade. Stop at the most important monument in town – the Tower of Hercules, an ancient Roman lighthouse and the second-tallest lighthouse in Spain.
Continue around the dramatic coastal route of the peninsula, passing the aquarium and the beautiful beaches of Orzán and Riazor before taking in the atmospheric sights of the city centre.
