Depending on the daily schedule, you’ll travel to either Montecarlo di Lucca or Lari, both of which are exquisite Tuscan hilltop towns surrounded by rolling vineyards. When you arrive, you’ll have some free time to explore on your own and wander through the ancient cobbled streets, admire the alluring architecture and browse the local shops.

Delving back into the Tuscan countryside, you’ll arrive at a local wine cellar where you can witness their fascinating winemaking process. All of the steps will be explained to you and you will have an opportunity to see the machinery used in production. Afterwards, you’ll have a chance to enjoy a wine tasting of three different varieties, accompanied by a selection of local delicacies including salami, ham, cheese and bruschetta, as well as sweet wine and biscuits.
