Sit back and relax as you travel into the Tuscan countryside, a picture-perfect landscape of rolling hills, wide fields of vineyards and olive groves, and small stone villages.

After a carriage ride, local farmers Davide Vialto and his wife Francesca will escort you around their estate, take you on a tour of the vegetable garden, and offer samples of their organic veggies and homemade pasta.

Enjoy fresh-picked-from-the-garden vegetables, ham, salami, pecorino cheese, and homemade pastas accompanied by mineral water and a generous wine tasting, including the sweet wine Vin Santo and tasty "cantuccini biscotti," a crunchy almond biscuit.

Savor the spectacular views and the company of the farmers before returning to the ship.

Essential information

This excursion operates by coach, horse and carriage and on foot. Flat comfortable walking shoes are recommended. . Passengers must be able to negotiate steps on and off the coach and horse carriage. There is approximately 10 minutes of walking on this tour.
