See Florence’s highlights at your own pace by riding a double-decker bus around town, hopping on and off whenever you please at the attractions you find most intriguing. Begin your journey with a 2-hour coach drive through the magnificent Tuscan countryside from Livorno's port to Florence.
After that, hop on board a double-decker bus to get an overview of the city with the blue line, you can head up to Piazzale Michelangelo, which offers a stunning view of the city, or you can hop off and explore the city at your own pace. To catch glimpses of the historic center, you can easily disembark at either Piazza Santa Maria Novella or Piazza Santa Croce.
You'll have around 27 stops to enjoy while listening to historical and cultural audio commentaries in 8 languages. Onboard the bus you’ll receive a route map and headphones.

Essential information
Time in the city is limited, so it's recommend organizing your day and choosing your routes and sights wisely. Line A (blue one) buses run every 30 min, and the full loop takes about 1 hour without stopping. Line B (red one) buses run every 75 minutes, and the full loop takes about 2 hours without stopping. Due to the longer travel time and lower frequency of Line B, it's recommend to enjoy the wonderful stops along Line A, which offers plenty to see right in Florence and fits more comfortably within the day.
The steps to gain access to the double-decker bus's upper level are steep. Air conditioning on the bus is not guaranteed. The Hop-On Hop-Off bus may not be exclusive to P&O Cruises.
The order and times of the sites visited may vary due to operational reasons. The tour is not recommended for guests on wheelchairs, scooters or with any limited mobility. Guests who miss the return transportation will be responsible for getting back to the ship. Please wear comfortable shoes and sun protection.
