From the quayside in Lerwick, the journey pauses at the Böd of Gremista, an 18th-century fishing böd and birthplace of Arthur Anderson, founder of P&O. Departing Lerwick, the route leads towards Northmavine, crossing Mavis Grind, a narrow point where one can toss a stone from the North Sea to the Atlantic Ocean. The next stop is Eshaness Lighthouse, built in 1929 by David & Charles Stevenson, renowned for its spectacular geological formations and seabird habitats. After refreshments at Braewick Café, with views of the famous sea stacks 'the Drongs,' the journey returns to the ship at Lerwick.
