From there it’s only a short ride to the El Torcal nature park and its fascinating display of limestone formations. The area is also covered with interesting flora, from Hawthorn and Mediterranean Holm Oak trees, to over 30 species of orchids. And this lush setting is teeming with wildlife, including Spanish ibex, foxes, griffon vultures and golden eagles.
