Take in the fascinating fjord scenery as you ride towards the glistening Olden Lake for a photo stop. Then continue to Briksdal and hop in your Troll Car and ride most of the way to the face of the amazing Briksdal Glacier. This incredible blue giant is part of the Jostedal Glacier Icefield, the European mainland’s largest glacier. After relaxing with cakes and a coffee or tea, you’ll head back to Nordfjordeid past beautiful Hornidal Lake – Europe’s deepest.

Essential information
The walk to the Glacier from the troll cars will take approximately 15 minutes over some steep, uneven terrain. The troll cars are not covered and will operate in the event of rain. Please wear comfortable, enclosed walking shoes and carry a bottle of water and a warm jacket. Please heed the warning signs erected near the Glacier and do not venture beyond the safety barriers. The Glacier is not visible from the refreshment venue. This tour involves tunnels.
