Enjoy a relaxing panoramic drive along the picturesque shores of the freshwater Tyrifjord, en route to Jevnaker, and Hadeland Glassworks. Founded in 1762, and boasting the largest glass museum in Scandinavia, you can watch the glassblowers showcase their talents as they form molten glass into a variety of shapes, ranging from everyday articles, to crystal and special collector’s pieces. The museum displays over 700 pieces of handmade glass and illustrates the development of Norwegian glass making over the years. Enjoy a coffee, or tea, and cake, before making your way to the unique ski jump in Holmenkollbakken, for a photo stop.
