Your ride to Gdansk will take you past the 13th-century Oliwa Cathedral, on the grounds of an old Cistercian monastery. In Gdansk, stroll across a bridge over the Motlawa River for delightful views of the Old Port and Long Wharf with its famous wooden crane. Then wander to Green Gate and the main town’s pedestrian area, for some free time. After driving to the Solidarity Monument, soak up amazing views from the 32nd floor of Olivia Star, along with a coffee break. In Sopot, summer capital of Poland, enjoy more free time to explore lovely sandy beaches and the 1,693-foot-long pier. Returning to Gdynia, stop for photos at the city’s lively Kosciuszko Square.
