Designed to entertain both children and adults, this tour provides a memorable experience that will capture the attention of the entire family. Through songs, games and with the aid of a booklet, families will experience an engaging and interactive approach to the city of Rome.
On arrival in Rome, you’ll take a panoramic coach tour and pass by Terme di Caracalla, Colosseum (exterior visit), and the Circo Massimo.
Afterwards, step off the coach for a refreshing stop at Piazzale Caffarelli, where you’ll be treated to views from one of the most beautiful terraces in the city.
Back on the coach, you’ll pass by Tiber Island, St Peters Basilica and Castel Sant’Angelo. Afterwards, you’ll start a walking tour that allows you to see areas of Baroque Rome and upon arrival at Piazza Navona, children will be able to take part in activities and games and listen to stories of ancient Rome.
Enjoy some free time to relax and take in the atmosphere, before you head back to Civitavecchia.

Essential information

This excursion will operate by coach and on foot. The drive between Civitavecchia and Rome is approximately 1½ hours each way. There is approximately 2½ hours of walking on this tour. Lunch is not included.
