Hop aboard the Trolley Train in Tarquinia and trundle through the town’s historical centre with your informative guide. Once one of the most important Etruscan settlements of Lazio, today tiny Tarquinia offers an authentic taste of every-day Italian life. On your ride, you’ll discover a whole host of highlights, including St Francesco Church, 14th-century Town Hall Lodge, the imposing cathedral, and 15th-century Palazzo dei Priori. You’ll also have some free time to explore the medieval walls that still surrounded the town, and wander the quaint streets, browse the shops and boutiques, and sample traditional Italian ice cream.

Shops are closed on Sundays and religious holidays. The Etruscan Museum & Necropolis are closed on Mondays. The order of the tour may be reversed or altered depending on traffic or local conditions.
