You’ll pass by the distinctive red and yellow houses, the Skagen Museum of Local History and the former royal summer residence of Klitgaarden before heading south through the Hulsig Heath – a protected rural landscape. Marvel at the powers of nature at Raabjerg Mile, the largest migrating sand dune in Northern Europe. Discover the Odde Nature Centre, a museum devoted to the natural elements and designed by renowned Danish architect Jørn Utzon, who also designed the Sydney Opera House. Finish at Grenen, where the North and Baltic Seas meet with dramatic results.
