In the picturesque little town of Santa Úrsula, meet Mario and Fabián Torres – young chefs renowned for their traditional provincial food. Out in the sunshine, they’ll show you how to make the beloved and delicious Canary mojo sauce. And, in their traditional restaurant, which offers spectacular views of Mount Teide and the Atlantic coast, they’ll prepare a selection of delectable tapas for you to taste.
Round off your day with some free time to explore the coastal city of Puerto de la Cruz. Stroll by the beach, shop for souvenirs, or treat yourself to another glass of local wine at a sun-drenched pavement café.
