Get under the skin of the Estonian capital as you’re whisked between three of its most intriguing areas. You’ll be given a map to plan your day before arriving in the Upper Old Town, home to the ‘onion’ domes of the fairy-tale St Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and baroque Toompea Castle on the other side of Palace Square.

Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the Lower Old Town, a maze of narrow cobbled streets and high medieval walls. Watch local artisans make handicrafts in St Catherine’s Passage and perhaps pick up a souvenir, or duck into a café and treat yourself to a drink.

It’s no wonder serene Kadriorg Park is a favourite spot for locals to relax. This lush oasis covers 70 hectares and hosts a number of attractions. Feel free to visit one of the excellent art museums, wave to the guards outside the colourful Presidential Palace, or simply find a quiet coffee shop and watch the world go by.
