Climb into a 4x4 and get off the beaten track, as you delve into the lush heart of the island. Following dirt roads, ride through rivers and discover old cocoa and sugarcane plantations. Keep your eyes peeled for a variety of birds, including the colourful Motmot, and other Tobago wildlife on your ride. Then head along the southern boundary of the rainforest to the Atlantic coast and explore the stunning Green Hill Waterfall. Hop back into your 4x4 and follow the twisting banks of a river where caimans are often spotted. Then visit an old sugarcane factory.
