Kick back and soak up the sights on a ride through Valencia, then walk through more of the city’s wonders in the old quarter. At El Casal, where the falleros meet to dine and plan their spectacular creations for the annual Las Fallas festival, you can try some typical local snacks. This famous high-octane fiesta, celebrated in March, is planned throughout the year and culminates with the burning of the elaborate displays on Nit de la Crema. You’ll meet some of the artists in the City of Fallas and see the magical ninots in the Museo del Artista Fallero.
