Explore the elegant pine-covered island of La Toja by trolley train, and take to the sea on a catamaran for a voyage along picturesque Arousa Bay.
Settle in and soak up the Galician scenery as you cross the Rande Strait and make your way to stylish La Toja Island. Connected to mainland Spain by bridge, La Toja is an international resort, famous for its thermal spa and tranquil lifestyle.
When you reach the small fishing village of O Grove, you’ll board a trolley train for a simple and effortless way to explore the area. This will take you across the bridge to the beautiful island of La Toja, where you can soak up more stunning views of Arousa Bay.
Then you will venture into the bay on a sleek catamaran. During your tranquil journey you’ll glide past the typical, suspended mussel rafts, while you savour the local wine, accompanied by Galician salty pie and of course, fresh mussels.
Afterwards, you’ll have some free time to explore independently, or indulge in some retail therapy for souvenirs and the island’s renowned bath products.
