Soak up the many sights of Halifax, one of Canada’s most fascinating cities, on this guided, accessible experience.
Nestled right in the centre of the city’s commercial area, you’ll find the lush, green sanctuary of the Halifax Public Gardens. As you wind your way through this hidden oasis you’ll uncover a world of colourful blooms, trickling fountains and age-old bandstands.
On the top of a large hill, which overlooks the city, you’ll visit the mighty Halifax Citadel. It’s one of the country’s most visited historic sites and it offers amazing views of the harbour. Exploring the inside of the fort, you’ll see the restored barracks, magazines and corridors, and you can watch the fort come to life in a captivating audio-visual presentation.
You’ll also pass a collection of highlights as you ride around Prince Edward Island’s capital. Sights include Province House, the beautiful Town Clock and the wharf’s Historic Properties that were built during the Napoleonic Wars. Then dive into to some retail therapy in the bright and bustling cultural zone of Spring Garden Road.
