Who are our wellbeing and lifestyle stars?

Cherry Healey

Cherry is a TV presenter and documentary maker and has spent over a decade making programmes for the BBC, as well as hosting 10 Years Younger for Channel 5. Through her work on social media and her editorial contributions, Cherry champions women and advocates for their good health and wellbeing.

Kat Farmer

Kat is a UK-based fashion stylist, author and digital content creator, empowering women to be positive in midlife and dress to feel good. She inspires people to dress in clothes that they love while investing in slow fashion wardrobe staples that last for decades.

Hannah Martin

Hannah is a world-class makeup artist to the stars and has over 20 years’ experience in the beauty industry. She works her magic on catwalk looks, editorial shoots, makeup masterclasses and for industry giants like L'Oréal Paris, Clé de Peau Beauté and SpaceNK.

Sarah Gorman

Sarah is a fitness influencer and educator, personal trainer and presenter and hosts near-daily classes on her subscription service BlendFit Online. With an eclectic approach to training, she wants to continue creating inspiring sessions to help people feel empowered and strong, and to find joy in movement.

What to expect from Cherry Healey’s workshops

Body

In this one-hour session, you’ll learn from an expert about the most effective toning and strength exercises, acupuncture, reflexology and the latest food and drink health trends you can jump on to optimise your health. You’ll also hear about the latest supplements and how to use aromatherapy to fully relax your body and feel your absolute best.

Wellbeing

In this one-hour session, you’ll discover brilliant techniques, such as visualisation, to help you picture the life you’ve always dreamed of. You’ll also learn about sleep habits, the best products to improve sleep and the latest technology to encourage sleep and help you stay asleep.

Face

In this one-hour session, a celebrity makeup artist will teach you all about the foundations of good skincare. The session will cover cleansing, the importance of vitamin C serum, which strength retinol to use and when, hyaluronic acid, SPF, facial toning exercises and facial treatments, as well as the latest beauty gadgets.

Beauty

In Cherry’s Face workshop, Hannah will teach you all about the foundations of good skincare and how to create two beautiful makeup styles: smokey eye for the evening and the perfect every day or holiday glow. You can watch the expert at work as she demonstrates a style you can easily replicate for a fun-filled night on board.

Strengthen

Within this workshop, hosted by Cherry, Sarah will focus on the best stretches for mobility, strength training (using just your body weight and bands) and how to strengthen and build core muscles. It’ll be a practical session, helping you to understand how to keep your body happy and healthy.

What to expect from Kat Farmer’s workshops

Finding your confidence

This session will help you to understand that what we wear and how we look matters in the journey to feeling good, and why it matters. You’ll learn that fashion is for everyone, and anyone can dress to feel fabulous at any age so that you can look in the mirror and love the person looking back at you.

Finding your style

Are you more Parisian Chic, Boho, Minimalist Elegant or a bit of 70s Magic? In this session, you’ll look at nine style tribes and choose which one you identify closest with. With Kat’s help, you’ll have the chance to find your style and learn how to buy less and wear more of what you already have.

How to dress for your shape

Got a style that you love but don’t know how to make it work for your body type? In this session you’ll learn how to maximise your best assets and leave the class armed with tips and tricks to look and feel great, whatever your shape.
