As we are extremely busy at the moment, and to avoid lengthy wait times, please refrain from calling our Customer Contact Centre if you’re able to and use the form below should you wish to transfer your holiday.
If you indicate that you wish to transfer your holiday then we will call you back as soon as possible. When completing this form you will need a correct booking reference for us to able to successfully process your request. Your booking reference can be found at the top of the email we have sent you confirming the cancellation of your cruise due to COVID-19. Your booking reference number is 6 characters in length, begins with either 'W' or a 'C' and a combination of letters and numbers follow.
It is important that we receive only one request per booking in the name of the lead guest; if you had more than one holiday booked during this period please complete a form for each booking.
If you have booked your holiday through a travel agent, please speak to your travel agent rather than filling out the form below.
This policy modifies the transfer policy in our Booking Conditions. This policy may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.
