Terms and conditions

1. All entries must be received between 00:00 on Monday 14 January 2019 and 23:59 on Thursday 28 February 2019.  2. Entries received after this date will not be eligible for the competition.  3. Entrants to this prize draw must visit pocruises.com/win to complete and submit the entry form.  4. Only one entry is accepted per person, we will accept first entry only.  5. Five winners will be randomly selected from the valid entries received by us before the closing date.  6. Each prize is a cruise for two adults in a Balcony cabin on Iona G008 sailing 20 June 2020 for 7 nights and includes accommodation, on-board main meals (excluding speciality restaurants in which a cover charge will apply), entertainment and most facilities on board. The prize does not include travel between the winners’ home and Southampton, travel insurance, excursions, luggage fees and personal expenses. The cruise is subject to P&O Cruises booking terms and conditions.  7. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they and their guest have valid passports and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.  8. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided by P&O Cruises.  9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.  10. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner within 10 days or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.  11. By entering the competition, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your competition entry.  12. No employees of Carnival plc or their suppliers may enter into the draw.  13. The draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over.  14. No bulk or third party entries accepted.  15. No purchase is necessary to enter the draw.  16. Proof of entering is not proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries incomplete, delayed, corrupt, wrongly delivered or not received for any reason.  17. The promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its reasonable control.  18. The promoter is Carnival plc trading as P&O Cruises, Carnival House, 100 Harbour Parade, Southampton SO15 1ST.
