You will soon have the option to add on one of our all-inclusive packages to existing holiday bookings. We’ll write with more information on how to add an all-inclusive bundle (subject to availability) once this is available.

Can I add an all-inclusive package after I’ve booked my cruise?

Yes, from 5 March 2026, we began rolling out all-inclusive packages for guests with holidays&nbsp;departing&nbsp;in March 2026, and on 10 March for April 2026. Keep an eye on your emails for further rollout details.

Can I add an all-inclusive package to my existing holiday booking? 

You can book your holiday however you prefer – online, over the phone, on board or with a travel agent – and add an all-inclusive package to your booking of five nights or more.

How can I book an all-inclusive package?

We can only add an all-inclusive package once the scheduled booking window has&nbsp;opened.&nbsp;But when you contact us about your earliest holiday,&nbsp;we’ll&nbsp;happily take your details and arrange a callback for your future bookings as soon as&nbsp;it’s&nbsp;time to amend them.

I have more than one cruise booked. Can I add an all-inclusive package to all of them at once? 

We’ll&nbsp;get to work on your upgrade and add your chosen package to all guests on your booking, providing your booking window is open.&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;receive an email confirmation within 72 hours with details on how to make your payment. Please aim to pay promptly to ensure your package is fully secured. If we need any further information to finalise your upgrade, a member of the team will be in touch.

What happens after I complete the webform? Do I have to wait for a booking window to do that? 

Our all-inclusive packages launched on 18 December 2025 for new bookings only.&nbsp;
From 5 March 2026, you can start adding an all-inclusive package any existing holiday bookings you have.&nbsp;
We’re&nbsp;inviting guests to upgrade in stages based on when you sail, and&nbsp;we'll&nbsp;be in touch as soon as&nbsp;all-inclusive&nbsp;is available for your cruise(s).

When can an all-inclusive package be booked?

We want to make upgrading your holiday as easy as possible, so&nbsp;we’re&nbsp;opening all-inclusive package bookings in stages based on when you sail. This ensures our Customer Contact team can help you more efficiently and keeps call waiting times to a minimum for everyone.

Why can’t I add an all-inclusive package to my booking yet? 

We're&nbsp;inviting you to book all-inclusive packages in stages to give all guests the smoothest upgrade experience. Opening booking windows gradually allows us the flexibility to review our scheduled go-live dates, so we can handle your request as soon as possible.

Why can’t you tell me exactly when each booking window opens?

Do you offer an alcohol-free all-inclusive package?

One device per guest is included. Once on board, you can upgrade to more devices if you wish using the My Holiday on-board planner. You’ll simply pay the difference between your existing Wi-Fi package and the upgrade. Pricing will be available in My Holiday once you join your ship.

How many devices are included in the Wi-Fi element of the packages?

The Classic drinks package, Essential Wi-Fi package and a speciality dining credit.

What is included in the all-inclusive Classic package?

By buying an all-inclusive package for your holiday, you can sit back and relax knowing you’ve saved money on your favourite drinks, Wi-Fi to stay connected and dining in a speciality restaurant compared to buying on board.

Can I pre-book speciality dining using the dining credit before my cruise to take advantage of any pre-cruise discount?

Your dining credit will be added to your on-board account and can be used in any speciality restaurant. Bookings must be made on board and can be used on any day of your cruise, including Celebration Nights.

How do I book speciality dining using the dining credit?

Your drinks and Wi-Fi packages will appear in&nbsp;your&nbsp;on-board planner, and your dining credit will be added to your on-board credit allowance.
Soon,&nbsp;we hope to show the dining credit separately so that you can see&nbsp;it&nbsp;clearly within the&nbsp;My Holiday on-board planner.

How will it show on board that I have the all-inclusive package?

The dining credit included in our all-inclusive packages can only be used to book speciality restaurants once&nbsp;you’re&nbsp;on board. You’re welcome to use this credit for any&nbsp;additional&nbsp;dining&nbsp;you'd&nbsp;like to book during your holiday.&nbsp;
If you decide to cancel an existing reservation with the plan to rebook it on board using your credit, please keep in mind that your preferred venue or time might no longer be available.

I’ve already booked speciality dining but now want to add an all-inclusive package to my cruise. Can I use the dining credit included in an all-inclusive package for my bookings, or should I cancel them and rebook on board?

Can I use Pay Monthly on the package?

Do I get a discount for adding an all-inclusive package to a World Cruise?  

Yes, Peninsular Club members will receive a 5% discount on&nbsp;all-inclusive packages&nbsp;booked on&nbsp;Peninsular Club member discounted&nbsp;cruises only.&nbsp;This discount only applies to the bundle when selected at the time of cruise booking.&nbsp;

Do I get a loyalty discount on all-inclusive packages? 

The All-inclusive Classic package starts from £45 per person per day, and the All-inclusive Deluxe package is from £55 per person per day (based on holidays of 15 nights or more, price varies by duration).

How much does each package cost?

All-inclusive packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If I change my mind, can I cancel the all-inclusive, without cancelling the cruise? Will I receive a full refund?

All-inclusive packages can be combined with most promotions, unless otherwise&nbsp;stated, including on-board spending money and deposit offers on qualifying departures.&nbsp;
Packages are&nbsp;combinable&nbsp;with back-to-back booking discounts and selected Peninsular Club member discounted&nbsp;cruises.&nbsp;The package price will&nbsp;only&nbsp;be discounted in line with these promotions&nbsp;when selected at the time of cruise booking. Any packages added to existing bookings will not be discounted.
No other discounts will be applied to the all-inclusive package cost,&nbsp;and any other promotional discounts are deducted from the cruise fare only.

Are all-inclusive packages combinable with other promotions and discounts? 

All-inclusive packages are only available to guests aged 18 and over.&nbsp;However,&nbsp;if the second guest in a cabin is a child (e.g.&nbsp;there’s&nbsp;one adult and one child travelling together), they will&nbsp;each be charged&nbsp;the full all-inclusive package price. In this case, the child will get the Wi-Fi package and dining credit,&nbsp;and&nbsp;the alcoholic drinks package will be replaced with a Refresh package.
Children&nbsp;travelling as guests three,&nbsp;four&nbsp;or five&nbsp;in a cabin&nbsp;won’t&nbsp;be charged,&nbsp;and&nbsp;they’ll&nbsp;automatically get a Refresh drinks package free of charge.

Are all-inclusive package prices the same for adults and children? 

If you book multiple cabins via the website and select an all-inclusive package, this will apply to all cabins. If you book multiple cabins via the Contact Centre, you can just buy the all-inclusive package for one cabin and not all.

What happens if I’m booking multiple cabins via the website?

The cost of the package will be included in your overall cruise price so your deposit will be calculated based on the total.

Will I need to pay a deposit amount for the all-inclusive packages?

You'll get the relevant on-board booking benefits on the cost of your cruise, but the all-inclusive package won’t be discounted.

Will on-board booking benefits be combinable?

Can I upgrade from the Classic package to the Deluxe package after I’ve booked? 

We&nbsp;don’t&nbsp;offer further discounts on our all-inclusive packages as they already offer&nbsp;great&nbsp;value&nbsp;for money. If&nbsp;you’ve&nbsp;already secured other packages for a special price, you might prefer to stick with these rather than choosing to upgrade.

I bought my drinks/Wi-Fi package at a special-offer price. Will that discount transfer over to an all-inclusive package if I choose to book one and cancel my existing package(s)? 

We&nbsp;recommend confirming your upgrade&nbsp;before cancelling any existing packages you have.&nbsp;

I feel unsure about removing my drinks/Wi-Fi package before I’ve purchased an all-inclusive one in case it’s no longer available. What’s the best way to make the switch? 

If you still have it, please&nbsp;take a look&nbsp;at your first all-inclusive email, ‘Here’s your chance to go all in!’.&nbsp;This shows you who to contact based on how you booked your holiday. Our Customer Contact&nbsp;team&nbsp;or your travel agent will help you upgrade from your original package once your booking window is open.

I’ve already got a drinks and/or Wi-Fi package added to my booking and want to upgrade to an all-inclusive one. How do I remove the package(s) I no longer want?

Can I book the all-inclusive package on World Cruises, Classic Southern Hemisphere Journeys and Exotic fly-cruises?

No, it has to be the same package type.

Can we purchase different all-inclusive packages (Classic / Deluxe) within our cabin? 

Yes, all guests aged 18 and over (at the time of sailing) will be charged for the all-inclusive package.
If you’re travelling as two adults and one or two children, the children won’t be charged for the all-inclusive package and will get the Refresh drinks package for free.
If you’re travelling as one adult and one child, you’ll both pay for the package but your child will get a Refresh drinks package instead of the Classic or Deluxe.

Do you need to apply all-inclusive to all guests in the cabin? (adults and children)

All-inclusive packages are subject to availability. To check if they are available for your&nbsp;cruise,&nbsp;please reach out to our Customer Contact&nbsp;team&nbsp;or your travel agent.

Is there a limit on the number of all-inclusive packages available for my cruise? 

If&nbsp;you’re&nbsp;booking a holiday of five nights or more, you can go all in and add an all-inclusive package. You must be 18 or over at the time of embarkation,&nbsp;and all adults sharing the cabin must have the package.&nbsp;There’s&nbsp;a minimum of two all-inclusive packages per cabin unless&nbsp;you’re&nbsp;a solo traveller.
If you transfer your booking, you can add an all-inclusive package to your newly selected cruise at that point. We&nbsp;don’t&nbsp;allow transfers to the same cruise number.&nbsp;

Who can book an all-inclusive package?

Our drinks packages are only available for cruises of five nights or more. Since a drinks package is a key part of the all-inclusive experience,&nbsp;our&nbsp;all-inclusive packages&nbsp;follow&nbsp;the same guidelines.

Are cruises good for families?

When it comes to dining we lay on a special early tea (time and location will be confirmed once on board) with children’s favourites to suit younger tastes. If you prefer the relaxed, informal buffet is available from early morning to late evening and has a wide selection of dishes. Or if you’d rather all dine together in the Freedom and Club dining restaurant, that’s great fun for families too.

Are there any special dining options for children?

Yes! A special children's tea will always be available in one of your ship's restaurants, but we do ask that parents/guardians are there to supervise. Full details of locations and menus will be available on board. And, usually, children’s tea parties happen between 17:00 and 18:30, although, times may vary.

Are there designated meals for children?

Please do! *We can provide Hipp Organic baby food jars [Stage 1 (4 months +) and Stage 2 (7 months +)] in an assortment of savoury and dessert flavours. We’ll also happily puree or mash adult food from the main restaurant menu for your little toddler. If you have a younger baby or prefer an alternative brand, please provide your own. Also, please advise our Customer Contact Centre before you sail if you have any specific requests.&nbsp;
*Please note: baby food must be requested a minimum of 8 weeks before sailing. We also cannot supply guests with baby food on bookings made within 8 weeks of the departure date.

Can I request food for babies and infants?

We want every child to have a great time in our children’s clubs, in an environment where everyone is supported and cared for. To attend our clubs, children must be able to manage their personal care needs independently (unless they are of pre-school age) and join in group activities without one-to-one supervision or additional support.&nbsp;
We have participation guidelines in place to help parents and guardians decide whether the children’s club is suitable based on the level of support we can provide in a group session.
If the children’s club seems the right environment for your child, please provide as much information as you can when registering them. Our Youth team on board will use our guidelines when discussing your child’s needs with you and will make the final decision on whether the club setting is appropriate at that time.

Do you cater for children with disabilities in the children's clubs?

If you are travelling with children or teenagers, our family prices on Arvia, Azura, Britannia, Iona and Ventura offer generous reductions, utilising the extra beds that are contained in a number of cabins, though this family reduction can vary by cruise. Infants aged 1 year and under will also pay a reduced rate, which will remain the same no matter which cabin grade is booked, from Inside cabin all the way up to a Suite.&nbsp;
Please note, if a child is booked into a lower berth (i.e. the first two beds in the cabin), there isn’t a reduced rate and the standard double rate for the cabin will be charged.

Do you pay full price for a child on a P&O Cruises holiday?

Every child (6 months-17 year olds) must be registered before they can book or attend any sessions in The Reef or Scene. You can register each child 14 days ahead of your holiday at <a href="https://www.pocruises.com/my-pocruises">My P&amp;O Cruises.</a>
You can book a session once on board. If there is a high demand for a session then we unfortunately cannot guarantee a place for every child.
