Are all-inclusive packages available on all cabin grades? 

Our all-inclusive packages will be available on holidays of five nights or more, subject to availability.

Are all-inclusive packages available on all cruises?

You will soon have the option to add on one of our all-inclusive packages to existing holiday bookings. We’ll write with more information on how to add an all-inclusive bundle (subject to availability) once this is available.

Can I add an all-inclusive package after I’ve booked my cruise?

Can I add one onto my existing booking? 

You certainly can! However, you can only book via the Contact Centre or a travel agent, it’s not available via the website.

Can I book the all-inclusive package on World Cruises, Classic Southern Hemisphere Journeys and Exotic fly-cruises?

No, it’s not possible to downgrade.

Can I downgrade after booking from the Deluxe to the Classic package?

Can I pre-book speciality dining using the dining credit before my cruise to take advantage of any pre-cruise discount? 

Not at the moment, but we hope to offer this option soon.

Can I upgrade from the Classic package to Deluxe package, after I’ve booked? 

Can I use Pay Monthly on the package?

No, the credit should be used for food only

Can I use the dining credit in a speciality restaurant to cover drinks which aren’t available in the package we have bought? 

No, it has to be the same package.

Can we purchase different all-inclusive packages (Classic / Deluxe) within our cabin? 

Do children get a free Refresh drinks package when the adults book an all-inclusive package?

No, loyalty discounts apply to all-inclusive packages unless the cruise is a Peninsular Club member discounted cruise. See ‘Is all-inclusive combinable with other promotions and discounts? for more information.

Do I get loyalty discount on this?  

Yes, all guests aged 18 and over (at the time of sailing) will be charged for the all-inclusive package. If you’re travelling as two adults and one or two children, the children won’t be charged for the all-inclusive package and will get the Refresh drinks package for free. If you’re travelling as one adult and one child, you’ll both pay for the package but your child will get a Refresh drinks package instead of the Classic or Deluxe.

Do you need to apply all-inclusive to all guests in the cabin? (adults and children) 

You can book your holiday however you prefer – online, over the phone, on board, with a travel agent – and add an all-inclusive package to your booking.

How can I book an all-inclusive package? 

Your dining credit will be added to your on-board account and can be used in any speciality restaurant. Bookings must be made on board and can be used on any day of your cruise, including Celebration Nights.

How do I book speciality dining using the dining credit?

One device per guest is included. Once on board, you can upgrade to more devices if you wish using the My Holiday on-board planner. You’ll simply pay the difference between your existing Wi-Fi package and the upgrade. Pricing will be available in My Holiday once you join your ship.

How many devices are included in the Wi-Fi element of the packages?  

The All-inclusive Classic starts from £45 per person per day, the All-inclusive Deluxe is from £55 per person per day (based on holidays of 15 nights or more, price varies by duration).

How much is each package? 

Your drinks and Wi-Fi packages will appear in the on-board planner, and your dining credit will be added to your on-board credit allowance. From mid-next year we hope to show the dining credit separately so that you can see this clearly within the on-board app.

How will it show on board that I have the all-inclusive package?

All-inclusive packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If I change my mind, can I cancel the all-inclusive, without cancelling the cruise? Will I receive a full refund? 

All-inclusive packages can be combined with Select Price, Early Saver and Saver prices and most promotions, unless otherwise stated, including on-board spending money and deposit offers on qualifying departures. 
Packages are combinable with back-to-back booking discounts and selected Peninsular Club member discounted cruise. The package price will be discounted in line with these promotions. No other discounts will be applied to the all-inclusive package and any other promotional discounts are deducted from the cruise fare only.

Is all-inclusive combinable with other promotions and discounts? 

All-inclusive packages are only available to guests aged 18 and over, however if the second guest in a cabin is a child (e.g. one adult and one child travelling together), they will pay the full all-inclusive package price. In this case, the child will get the Wi-Fi package and dining credit but the alcoholic drinks package will be replaced with a Refresh package. Children travelling as guests three or four in a cabin automatically get a Refresh drinks package free of charge.

Is the all-inclusive bundle price the same for adults and children? 

It will automatically show on the on-board app and be linked to your cruise card.

Once on board how do I claim the drinks package? 

You’ll load internet.pocruises.com on board, enter your cabin number and date of birth to log in and then have access to your package.

Once on board how do I claim the Wi-Fi package?

If you book multiple cabins via the website and select an all-inclusive package, this will apply to all cabins. If you book multiple cabins via the Contact Centre, you can just buy the all-inclusive package for one cabin and not all.

What happens if I’m booking multiple cabins via the website? 

The Classic drinks package, Essential Wi-Fi package and a speciality dining credit.

What is included in the All-inclusive Classic package? 

By buying an all-inclusive package for your holiday, you can sit back and relax knowing you’ve saved money on your favourite drinks, Wi-Fi to stay connected and dining in a speciality restaurant compared to buying on board.

What is the benefit of purchasing an all-inclusive package? 

Any speciality dining restaurants or cafes on board with chargeable food menus.

What restaurants can I use the dining credit in?

The Deluxe drinks package, Ultimate Wi-Fi package and an enhanced speciality dining credit.

What’s included in the All-inclusive Deluxe package? 

Our all-inclusive packages go live on 18 December 2025. You can add an all-inclusive package when booking your holiday. There’s limited availability so don’t miss out! Add your all-inclusive package when booking your next holiday today. If not added on when booking, packages may be available to buy again after the balance for your holiday is due but are subject to availability

When can all-inclusive be booked? 

If you’re booking a holiday of five nights or more, you can go all in and add an all-inclusive package. You must be 18 or over (at the time of embarkation) and all adults sharing the cabin must have the package. There’s a minimum of two all-inclusive packages per cabin unless you’re a solo traveller.
Already booked a holiday? You will soon have the option to add on one of our all-inclusive packages to existing holiday bookings. We’ll write with more information on how to add an all-inclusive bundle (subject to availability) once this option is available. 
If you transfer your booking, you can add an all-inclusive package to your newly selected cruise at that point. We don’t allow transfers to the same cruise number.

Who can book the all-inclusive packages? 

To give you the opportunity to upgrade and save and make your holiday even more effortless. By adding an all-inclusive package to your holiday, you’ll save 32% compared to buying on board (based on a Classic package).

Why are you making an all-inclusive option available? 

The cost of the package will be included in your overall cruise price so your deposit will be calculated based on the total.

Will I need to pay a deposit amount for the all-inclusive packages? 

Yes, all existing drinks package benefits will apply.

Will I still get the 20% discount on products excluded from the drink packages?

You&#39;ll get the relevant on-board booking benefits on the cost of your cruise, but the all-inclusive package won’t be discounted.

Will on-board booking benefits be combinable?

All-inclusive packages are subject to availability at the time of booking. Limited numbers apply.
