After this date, treatments and services can be booked on board. Please note, the use of the spa facilities and treatments is an additional cost. Oasis Spa is open from 8am to 10pm every day, with treatments available all day, subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially if you’d like a treatment at a popular time of day. Mornings and early afternoons are usually quieter, providing an even more serene and tranquil environment.

The answer to this question is different for everyone. Some people enjoy massages that work out muscle knots, while others prefer hot stone therapies that relieve tension by directing heat to specific areas of the body. You might like to indulge in a refreshing facial or a revitalising makeover and haircut, or tune up with some acupuncture. If you’re not sure what to choose, you can always have a chat with the spa team on board and they’ll help you pick the perfect treatment for your needs.&nbsp;

What are the best treatments for relaxation?

When deciding between a facial or body treatment, consider your focus: facials rejuvenate skin, while body treatments offer overall relaxation. Our staff can help you based on your preferences and wellness goals.

Should I choose a face or body treatment?

Selecting the right massage is about aligning your preferences and needs. For deep relaxation, the Restorative Salt Stone Massage is perfect, while the Aroma Stone Therapy targets tension. If you're uncertain, our team is always on hand to make personalised recommendations based on your needs and well-being goals. Just ask and we’ll ensure your spa experience is truly rejuvenating.

The Thermal Suites and The Retreat are adults only and 13-17s need to be accompanied by an adult for spa, beauty and salon services.

Arvia's spa is a haven of transformative wellness with endless opportunities to enjoy. Explore heated loungers, a therapeutic sauna, sensory steam rooms and experiential showers. Other features include a hydrotherapy pool with massaging jets and air recliners.

The outside space, which is exclusively for adults, boasts two infinity whirlpools with magnificent uninterrupted views. Numbers are limited, so the atmosphere is serene and sophisticated with luxurious surroundings including day beds, private cabanas and complimentary smoothies or fruit platters on offer.

Arvia's Gym and Fitness studio includes the latest equipment and gym technologies, from Technogym innovation to free weights and exercise bikes, to help you perform at your best. A new range of classes has been carefully devised to suit every interest and ability.

Once on board, Freedom and/or Club Dining reservations can be cancelled via My Holiday, under My Bookings. Speciality restaurant bookings and shore experiences, however, must be cancelled by visiting the venue or team on board.

Can I cancel bookings or reschedule if I change my mind?

However you make your dining reservations, you can still choose to share a table in our Freedom Dining restaurants on Arvia, and in our Freedom and Club Dining restaurants on our other ships. This gives you the chance to socialise with other guests and may give you more options for table availability.
If you prefer to be spontaneous and dine when the mood takes you, that’s no problem. Selected venues give you the option to join a virtual queue, so you can enjoy an aperitif at one of the ship’s bars and we’ll let you know when your table is ready. Or you can simply head to a restaurant to find out if there’s availability.
If you’re sailing on Arvia, you can also pre-book Freedom Dining venues ahead of your holiday via My P&amp;O Cruises.
We do not offer shared tables for our speciality dining restaurants.

Can I still choose to dine with other guests when I book restaurants or join a virtual queue via My Holiday?

Yes, you can use My Holiday on all ships. Its features vary according to the ship you’re sailing on.

Do all ships use My Holiday?

No. We’ve listened to feedback from our guests and understand that a holiday can be a chance to take a break from phones and tablets, so you might prefer not to use one during your time away.
If you prefer to keep things tech-free, you can simply head to your chosen venue to find out if there's availability. At peak times we may need to give you a pager, so you can sit back and relax at the bar, and we’ll let you know when a table is ready.
While it’s not essential, we recommend that you pre-book some venues before and during your holiday to avoid disappointment. Once on board, you can choose to join a virtual queue for selected restaurants using My Holiday if you prefer.
All our ships offer bookings and virtual queues for speciality restaurants. Arvia is currently the only ship that offers pre-holiday bookings via My P&amp;O Cruises for Freedom Dining venues.

Do I have to pre-book my dining and entertainment?

No. My Holiday is your personal on-board planner. It’s a handy way to help you tailor your experiences and manage all your bookings in one place. Using My Holiday is entirely your choice and there are alternative options available if you prefer not to use it. For example, you can the booking line to reserve a table, or you can visit one of our My Holiday experience desks.
The benefit of using My Holiday is that you can book the dates and times that suit you best. With so much on offer you can sit back and relax, knowing everything is taken care of.
If you find yourself without your smartphone or tablet at any time, you can make reservations by visiting our My Holiday experience desks on board or by calling the booking line number listed in Horizon.
Important note about The Reef and Scene children’s clubs:
If you’re travelling with children and they want to use The Reef or Scene~, we strongly advise booking sessions via My Holiday. Without a booking, we won't be able to guarantee your child a place.
~Available only to guests who have pre-registered their children with The Reef.

Do I have to use My Holiday?

My Holiday will be available from the moment you step on board. There’s a handy guide in your cabin that explains how to connect. Before your holiday starts you can use My P&amp;O Cruises to make some advance bookings. Don’t forget to bring your smartphone or tablet with you to use My Holiday on board. You won’t need to download an app, connect to the internet, or use mobile data.

How do I access My Holiday?

You can book the maximum table size available for your preferred date and time, however this will vary by venue. If a larger table is required than is showing as available, please speak to the restaurant manager.
When making your reservations at Freedom or Club Dining venues, you can also choose to share a table. This gives you the chance to socialise with other guests and may offer you more options for table availability.
Coming soon to Arvia is an option to link with other guests so you can book tables together. This is ideal if you’re travelling with family and friends, or if you’ve made new friends while on board.

How many people can I book a table for?

No. My Holiday is a web page that’s free and convenient to use. No internet access, mobile data or downloads are needed. It works by using the ship’s network when on board.

Is My Holiday an app?

Yes. Once on board, the same venues will be available to pre-book via My Holiday. All bookings made before your holiday via My P&amp;O Cruises will show under My Bookings*. Some venues are non-bookable and offer virtual queues or walk-ins only.
*Spa and internet packages purchased pre-cruise will not show in My Bookings.

I’ve made bookings on My P&O Cruises. Can I still use My Holiday when on board to book my dining?

It’s an optional online tool you can use to book experiences on board and
plan every day of your holiday.
• It’s free and convenient – no internet access, mobile data or downloads are needed
• It works using the ship’s network when you’re on board
• It helps you make and manage dining, entertainment, shore experience and children’s club bookings* so you can plan ahead
• It enables you to check your on-board account.
*Features may change per ship.

What is My Holiday?

In the lead up to your cruise, you can start to customise your holiday using My P&amp;O Cruises. You’ll be able to make dining reservations, book entertainment and shore experiences. Once on board, however, My Holiday enables you to personalise your holiday in real-time. You’ll see all the bookings you made via My P&amp;O Cruises, and you can manage selected bookings, make new bookings, join virtual queues for selected restaurants, view your on-board account summary and more.

What’s the difference between My Holiday and My P&O Cruises?

There’s so much mouth-watering choice on Arvia (more than 30 restaurants and bars) and we understand it can be tough to decide where to dine. Pre-booking is not essential;
however, we offer guests on Arvia an option to book all their dining experiences, including Freedom Dining restaurants, ahead of their holiday. This gives our guests the best chance of dining in the restaurants that really whet their appetite.
As well as dining, you’ll be able to pre-book entertainment on offer in the Headliners Theatre so you can plan all your evening meal times around the shows you really want to see.
