With panoramic ocean views, The Retreat is the height of grown-up sophistication and indulgence.

The outside space, which is exclusively for adults, boasts two infinity whirlpools with magnificent uninterrupted views. Numbers are limited, so the atmosphere is serene and sophisticated with luxurious surroundings including day beds, private cabanas and complimentary smoothies or fruit platters on offer.

The Gym and Fitness Studio

Iona's Gym and Fitness studio includes the latest equipment and gym technologies, from Technogym innovation – including Skillmills and Skillrows – to free weights and exercise bikes, to help you perform at your best. The gym is typically open from 8am to 8pm every day and use of the equipment is complimentary. With floor-to-ceiling windows, your workouts come with a serious view, too.

Fitness classes

A new range of classes has been carefully devised to suit every interest and ability, from meditation to high-energy spin classes and everything in between. The following classes are charged at a small additional charge and can be booked on board: Boxing group fitness, TRX suspension, Functional training, Mindful programming, Group Cycle Connect, Skillrow classes
