This guide explains how to amend your existing cruise holiday booking if you’ve booked directly through P&O Cruises. If you’ve booked through a travel agent, you’ll need to get in touch with them to make any amendments.
Can I change my cabin?
Cabin type or location
Thinking of changing your Sea view to a Suite? Or would a different location on the ship suit you better? Call our Customer Contact Centre and they’ll be happy to help you.
We also offer an upgrade programme in which you can bid for a chance to upgrade your cabin. For more detail, please see our article ‘Can I upgrade my cabin?’.
Please note: this change can only be made to Select Price bookings.
Bed arrangements
Want to change the bed layout in your cabin? You can do this online at the time of booking. On the booking confirmation page, you’ll be shown the bed arrangements in your cabin, with the option to change them.
You can also do this via My P&O Cruises. Simply scroll down the booking summary and click the option to change your bed arrangements.
Please note: for safety reasons, if an upper pull-down bed is in use, the two lower beds can’t be pushed together to make a double (king) bed. However, this doesn’t apply to Iona’s Inside cabins, where there are no safety issues when pull-down beds are used.
Can I change my flights?
Have your travel plans changed? Please call our friendly Customer Contact Centre on 0344 338 8003 to make any flight amendments.
Can I do a name change?
Need to update a guest's name on your booking? Please contact our friendly Customer Contact Centre directly on 0344 338 8003.
Please note: changes may incur additional charges. If you’ve booked the Select Price option, you won’t need to pay the £20 administration fee. You’ll find our booking terms and conditions clauses 12-17 here.
Can I add or remove guests from my booking?
Unfortunately, this cannot be done on our website. Call our friendly Customer Contact Centre and our advisors will be happy to help.
Please note: adding a guest will be dependant on the ship capacity and the cabin type.

Can I change a lead guest on a booking?
Unfortunately, due to security regulations, it's not currently possible to change the lead guest on a booking. However, you can cancel your existing reservation and rebook with the new lead guest if needed.
