Due to the dynamic and evolving situation of Coronavirus, we as a business are working in accordance with Government advice and have moved to a primary, remote Contact Centre. This is to ensure during these times we can continue to operate as a business whilst taking additional measures to protect our staff. 

Please rest assured, our Contact Centre remains operational and can be reached through our normal email, social and on 0344 338 8003*. However we are currently unable to process postal communications and also have revised opening hours, as follows:

Monday - 8:30am - 6:00pm
Tuesday - 9:00am - 6:00pm
Wednesday - 8:30am - 6:00pm
Thursday - 10:00am - 6:00pm
Friday - 8:30am - 6:00pm
Saturday - 8:30am - 6:00pm
Sunday - closed

Revised opening hours

Monday 28th June -  10:00am - 6:00pm

Tuesday 29th June - 8:30am - 6:00pm

Wednesday 30th June - 8:30am - 6:00pm

Thursday 1st July - 10:00am - 6:00pm

Friday 2nd July - 8:30am - 6:00pm

During this time it is our intention to respond to guests in a timely manner, however we would ask for your patience as it may take us longer than normal to respond during a time of unprecedented volumes. We will do all we can to ensure we maintain a high level of service to you, that is our absolute priority.
