How do I add extras to my booking?

<p>Whether you’re celebrating a birthday or an anniversary, or you just want to treat yourselves, we have the perfect indulgence, such as:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Gift packages, including prosecco, flowers, cakes or vouchers&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Flowers – individual roses or bountiful bouquets&nbsp;</li><li>Teddy bears</li><li>Wine packages*</li></ul><p>For more information, please see our <a href="/onboard-activities/gifts">gift packages page</a> or log in to <a href="/my-pocruises">My P&amp;O Cruises.</a></p><p>*Only available via <a href="/my-pocruises">My P&amp;O Cruises</a> for cruises departing between March 2025 to May 2025. If you're travelling on our ships outside of this time period and would like to order a wine package, you'll need to call our <a href="/contact-us">Customer Contact Centre.</a></p>


Ordering for someone else, whether they’re travelling with you or not

You’ll need to have these details ready when you call:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>The gift recipient’s full name</li><li>Their date of birth&nbsp;</li><li>Their address (if available)</li><li>Any optional message you’d like to include, such as ‘Happy birthday!’</li></ul><p>If you don’t have all the details, to ensure accuracy our advisors will ask questions specific to your booking.&nbsp;</p>

Confirmation

<h2>Confirmation</h2><p>If you order your gift over the phone, your bank statement serves as proof of purchase. When ordering through <a href="/my-pocruises">My P&amp;O Cruises</a>, you’ll receive email confirmation of your purchase.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>


Delivery

<h2>Delivery</h2><p>Gifts and vouchers will be delivered to the gift recipient’s cabin on embarkation day. Wine can be delivered to a restaurant of your choice.</p>

<p>Using the second menu bar, click on 'Ship experiences'. You'll see the 'Make it special' section here, with various options, including Gifts, Flowers and Photography.</p>


<p>Selecting these options will take you to your chosen page. Here, you can read more about how you book any and all of the wonderful treats available, and go on to choose that extra special something to enjoy on board.</p>


<p>You can view more details about each exciting option available, and choose how you want to present the gift, add a special message and nominate the recipient. Then simply select 'Add to basket' to add to your booking.</p>


<p>This will be confirmed in a panel that appears at the top left of the page, where you can choose to view your basket and confirm your purchases or continue shopping. To complete your purchase, select 'Go to basket.'</p>


<p>This will take you to your shopping basket.</p>
