<h2>Cancellation options</h2><p>For full details about our cancellation policies and timelines – including for dining, entertainment, events, shore experiences and more – please see the ‘<a href="/my-cruise-tcs">My P&amp;O Cruises terms and conditions</a>’ page.</p><p>Please note, we are always working to improve our website by testing new features and processes, therefore you're booking journey may differ from the steps in the article.</p><h3>Cancelling your whole order</h3><p>To cancel your whole order, log in to <a href="/my-pocruises">My P&amp;O Cruises,</a> go to ‘My Orders’ and click the ‘Cancel’ button at the top of the page to start the cancellation process.</p><h3>Cancelling individual items</h3><p>You might wish to cancel a single element, such as a shore experience, that you booked in your My P&amp;O Cruises account. Log in to <a href="/my-pocruises">My P&amp;O Cruises,</a> go to ‘My Orders’, find the item you wish to cancel and click the ‘Cancel’ button next to it; this will remove the item from your booking.</p><h3>Removing guests from specific items</h3><p>A guest in your party might decide they no longer wish to join in with something you’ve booked, such as a shore experience. Log in to <a href="/my-pocruises">My P&amp;O Cruises</a>, go to ‘My Orders’ to find the item or activity, find the guest's name in the list and click the ‘Cancel’ button beneath it; this will remove the guest from your order for that activity.</p>

<h2>Cancelling spa appointments and packages</h2><p>The process for cancelling spa treatments and packages is a little different.</p><h3>Before you sail</h3><p>To cancel or amend your booking, log in to <a href="/my-pocruises">My P&amp;O Cruises</a>, select the ‘Spa’ option, then 'Your Spa Reservations'.&nbsp;</p><p>You can cancel free of charge through <a href="/my-pocruises">My P&amp;O Cruises</a> up until <b>three days before</b> the start of your holiday.</p><p>If you wish to change your Spa Package to a different one, please call our <a href="/contact-us">Customer Contact Centre</a> on 0344 338 8003 (local call charges apply).&nbsp;</p><p><b>Please note:</b> refunds will be applied to the card originally used to buy the treatment or service, and you’ll receive confirmation of the change.</p><h3>While on board</h3><p>You can amend or cancel pre-booked spa treatments and services once you’re on board. If you do so more than 24 hours before your appointment, you’ll get a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours beforehand, you may need to pay 50% of the treatment or service cost. (Please note this is subject to change.)</p>
