How do I amend my personal details?

We understand the importance of keeping your personal information accurate, both for marketing purposes and for a smooth sailing experience. Here's a guide on how to make any necessary changes to your details.

Updating personal details for existing bookings

If you have an existing booking and need to update your name, date of birth or title, the quickest way to ensure your details are reflected accurately is by contacting our friendly Customer Contact Centre. We'll be happy to assist you with any updates. 

Updates to existing bookings can also be made by contacting our team via email and our social media channels.

If your existing booking is fast approaching, we recommend calling our Customer Contact Centre on 0344 338 8003 for any immediate changes. 

Name changes

Please remember the following information regarding name changes on existing bookings.

  • Name changes are permitted up to 7 days before your departure date.
  • Only one name change is allowed per booking.
  • Changes may incur a £20 administration fee. You won’t need to pay this if you’ve booked the Select Price option. You’ll find our booking terms and conditions clauses 12-17 here. 
  • You may be responsible for additional costs incurred by P&O Cruises due to the name change, such as hotel or flight changes.

If you’ve booked directly through P&O Cruises, please call our Customer Contact Centre to discuss name changes. 

If you’ve booked through a travel agent, you’ll need to get in touch with them directly. 

Booking flights

If your booking includes flights and you require a name change, please call our Customer Contact Centre as soon as possible. Any name changes to flight bookings might incur additional charges from the airline.

Please note: some airlines may not allow name changes (from one guest to another) on scheduled flights and the flight may have to be cancelled and rebooked. Please see our booking terms and conditions for further information.

Updating your address

If you have a future booking, you can easily update your address details online through My P&O Cruises. Simply log in and navigate to ‘Before you sail’ and ‘Personal details’ to amend your address.

If you don’t have an existing booking, you can update your address through your ‘My Account’ page on our website. If you don’t have My Account yet, you’ll need to create it, then you can log in and head to the ‘Manage your details’ tab to update your address.

Or call our Customer Contact Centre and they will be happy to update your address on your behalf. The advisor will also help you create your My Account if you haven’t already done so.  

Managing details for marketing purposes

Don't forget! You can also manage your contact preferences for marketing purposes at any time through My Account. This allows you to control how you receive updates and offers from P&O Cruises.
