How can I change my name, title, date of birth or address?
We understand the importance of keeping your personal details up to date. Here's a guide on how to make changes to your name, title, date of birth and address.

If you have a holiday booked with us
If you booked directly with us, you can make minor changes to your name, title or date of birth – such as correcting typos or updating your marital status – using our online form in My P&O Cruises.
You’ll find this in the ‘Guest information’ section of ‘Before you sail’, when you log in to manage your holiday.
Any changes you request will be assessed by our Customer Contact Centre. If the changes are accepted, they’ll appear on your booking within four days. If you have a My Account with us, we’ll also update your personal details there within 7-10 days.
If your holiday is within 11 days of sailing
If you need to update your name, title or date of birth and your holiday is less than 11 days away, you’ll need to contact our Customer Contact Centre via live chat or telephone. This is because our online form closes within 11 days of sailing.
Don’t forget – any changes you request must match your passport and any other travel documents you’ve arranged for your holiday.

What about if I don’t have a booking?
You’ll need to contact our Customer Contact Centre to request these changes.
What if I booked with a travel agent?
If you booked your P&O Cruises holiday with a travel agent, you’ll need to contact them to make any changes to the guest details on your booking.
Can I change the details of other guests on my booking?
Only if you’re the lead guest.
What if I make a mistake in my form?
If you make a mistake, wait 24 hours and submit a new form. You can request to change your personal details once every 24 hours.
What if I have a ceremony booked?
You’ll need to contact your ceremonies team separately to let them know that your personal details have changed.
I want to make a full name change – how do I do this?
If you want to update a guest’s first and last name, you’ll need to contact our Customer Contact Centre – or your travel agent if you didn’t book with P&O Cruises directly.
Full name changes can be made up to seven days before your holiday. Only one name change is allowed per booking and you may be charged an administration fee. See clauses 12-17 of our terms and conditions for more information.
What if my holiday includes a flight?
If you booked directly with us, we’ll update your personal details on any flights included as part of your holiday. You’ll only need to contact your airline if you booked your flights independently.
Please note: some airlines may charge for name changes, while others may require the flight to be cancelled and rebooked at the current fare. Please see our booking terms and conditions for further information.
Updating your address
If you have a future booking, you can easily update your address details online through My P&O Cruises. Simply log in and navigate to ‘Before you sail’ and ‘Personal details’ to amend your address.
If you don’t have an existing booking, you can update your address through your ‘My Account’ page on our website. If you don’t have My Account yet, you’ll need to create it, then you can log in and head to the ‘Manage your details’ tab to update your address.
Or call our Customer Contact Centre and they will be happy to update your address on your behalf. The advisor will also help you create your My Account if you haven’t already done so.
