<p>If you booked directly with us, you can make minor changes to your name, title or date of birth all in a single submission using our online form in <a href="/login/manage-booking.html">My P&amp;O Cruises.&nbsp;</a><br>

<b>Please note:</b> changes can only be requested up to 11 days before your cruise.&nbsp;</p>
<p>If you would like to amend the personal details of a guest on your booking, see the guidance steps below:&nbsp;<br>

1. Log in to&nbsp;<a href="/login/manage-booking.html">My P&amp;O Cruises</a>&nbsp;using your booking reference, name and date of birth.<br>
2. Scroll to the 'Before you sail' section of the page.<br>
3. Select the 'Manage' button next to 'Guest information'.&nbsp;<br>
4. Select the guest details you wish to amend.<br>
5. From the drop-down, select 'Personal information'.<br>

You're now ready to submit your request. Our Customer Contact Centre will review it, and if the changes are approved, they'll be reflected on your booking within three days. If you have a My Account with us, we'll also update your personal details there within 7-10 days.<br>

<p>We allow name changes on bookings up to 7 days before departure. Full details can be found in our <a href="https://www.pocruises.com/legal-and-privacy/booking-terms-and-conditions">booking conditions</a>. Guests booked under our saver price fares will incur a £20 admin fee; Select Price bookings incur no charge. If you also booked flights through us, please contact our Customer Contact Centre for assistance.</p>

<p>If you booked your holiday through a travel agent, you must contact them directly in order to make any changes on your behalf.&nbsp;</p>

<h3>Why is my name cropped?</h3>
<p>Our form only permits a limited number of characters. If your name is cropped, it's because it exceeds our character limit. We don't need you to tell us about this.</p>
<h3>Do I need to tell you my middle name?</h3>
<p>We only need to know your middle name if you've booked a fly-cruise holiday. Otherwise, you can just leave the middle name field blank.</p>
<h3>Will all of my future bookings be updated?</h3>
<p>Yes, so long as they share the same My Account number, the changes will be automatically applied to all your future bookings. If your bookings aren't linked by a My Account number, you can still update your title, name, or date of birth using your booking reference and requesting a change in the 'Guest information' section of 'Before you sail'.&nbsp;<br>

<h3>My name is in capital letters - do I need to update this?</h3>
<p>No. You do not need to update your personal details if your name is showing in capital letters. So long as the information matches your passport, that's fine.&nbsp;</p>
<h3>What if my holiday includes a flight?&nbsp;</h3>
<p>If you booked directly with us, we’ll update your personal details - including your middle name (where relevant) -&nbsp; on any flights included in your holiday. You’ll only need to contact your airline if you booked your flights independently.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p><b>Please note:</b> some airlines may charge for name changes, while others may require the flight to be cancelled and rebooked at the current fare. Please see our booking terms and conditions for further information.&nbsp;</p>

Updating your address

<p><b>If you have a future booking,</b> you can easily update your address details online through <a href="/my-pocruises">My P&amp;O Cruises.</a> Simply log in and navigate to ‘Before you sail’ and ‘Personal details’ to amend your address.</p>
<p><b>If you don’t have an existing booking,</b> you can update your address through your ‘<a href="/login">My Account’</a> page on our website. If you don’t have My Account yet, you’ll need to create it, then you can log in and head to the ‘Manage your details’ tab to update your address.</p>
<p><b>Or call our <a href="/contact-us">Customer Contact Centre</a></b>&nbsp;and they will be happy to update your address on your behalf. The advisor will also help you create your My Account if you haven’t already done so. &nbsp;</p>
