What can you do with a My Account number?

You can access exclusive offers, check your loyalty information and update your preferences – all in one place. Simply create a My Account, or log in if you already have an account with us.

Handy tips

If you've sailed with us before or have a future booking, you’ll automatically have a My Account number.
A My Account number has two letters, five numbers and a letter, for example AA12345B.
You’ll find your My Account number in any emails sent by P&O Cruises. If you still can't spot it, our friendly Customer Contact Centre is not far away!
