Booking your accessible cabin 

Sorry, but accessible cabins can’t be booked online. Please call our friendly Customer Contact Centre.

Step One: Call us

To discuss your cruise and secure an accessible cabin, get in touch on 0344 338 8003. See our Contact us page for opening times.

If you have a particular cruise in mind, our advisors can also check availability and help you navigate the booking process with ease.

Step Two: Discuss your needs

When you call, an advisor will ask you about the type of accessible features you require. Whether you need wide doorways, a wet-room-style bathroom or additional mobility aids, our team will ensure your cabin is perfectly equipped for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. 

Please note, if you’re bringing a mobility scooter or an electric wheelchair, you must be booked into an approved fully accessible cabin or a selected Suite or Mini-suite.

Step Three: Secure your booking

When you’re happy with your choices, secure your booking. To help make the process as easy as possible, we recommend having all the necessary information readily available during the call. This includes the personal details (name, date of birth, address and email address) of all the guests travelling with you, along with your preferred payment card details.
