How to contact us

There are a few ways you can get in touch with us:  

  • Over the phone: Call our friendly Customer Contact Centre* on 0344 338 8003 or +44 344 338 8635 if you’re calling from overseas. You can find out about our opening hours here. 
  • Via Email: Head to our Contact Us page and fill out the email form to submit your query. This will then be filtered and sent to the relevant teams to ensure we can help you as best we can. 
  • Via our social media: Get in touch with our social team via direct message on Facebook, Instagram or X and they’ll be happy to assist you.

How to contact the ship

Need to get in touch with a guest on board on one our ships? The best time to do this is during scheduled days in port, as guests will usually have access to the local mobile network or Wi-Fi.

If you need to get in touch with a guest when they’re on board, you can email the ship and include their full name and cabin number in the message and send it to the address for their ship listed below.

Please note that we can’t guarantee complete privacy for emails sent to these addresses as they will go to the ship’s inbox and may be read by a small number of crew members. 

Useful information

  • Request a call back: During busier hours in our Customer Contact Centre, we may offer the option to request a call back where the advisor will return your call once you get to the front of the queue, limiting the time you’ll spend on the phone.  
  • Click to call: If you’re visiting our website, you may see a small slide out message containing our contact information. If you’re using a mobile device, simply click the number and your mobile phone will call our Customer Contact Centre.
