How do I check in for my flight?

Important information

Please ensure the names on your travel documents match those on your passports. If you need to make changes, please read ‘How do I amend my personal details?’ or get in touch with us.

Incorrect name details could result in the airline denying boarding, as security checks are usually conducted 24-48 hours before departure. You should also ensure that your passport details are entered into My P&O Cruises to avoid any delays at check-in.

Charter flight check-in

Check-in for our charter flights is available at the airport on the day of departure.
Even if the airline usually offers this service, you cannot check in your baggage the night before you travel on any of our charter flights.
In the UK, check-in opens approximately three hours before flight departure and closes approximately one hour before departure.
Please be aware that even if you have pre-booked your seats using our Flight Seat Booker tool on My P&O Cruises, you must still check in at the airport.

Scheduled flight check-in

Check-in times vary by airline; we recommend you check on the airline's website before travelling for up to date information.
Depending on the airline, you can check in online for your flight. This would typically open around 24 hours before departure, but some airlines may open this earlier.
Your flight details are on your Flight Confirmation and on My P&O Cruises.
