If you're driving to Southampton, parking is simple to arrange. Here's what you need to know before you travel.

How to book parking
How you book depends on your fare type.
If parking is included in your fare (Select Price)
If you've booked a Select Price holiday and chosen car parking at a Southampton terminal as your Select Price benefit, parking is included for round‑trip holidays of 7 nights or more.
If this applies to you, you'll need to confirm your parking space with Cruise and Passenger Services at least 35 days before departure.
You can do this by:
- Calling Cruise and Passenger Services on 0345 071 3939
- Emailing Cruise and Passenger Services at info@cruiseparking.co.uk.
- Book directly at cruiseparking.co.uk.
If parking is not included in your fare (Saver or Early Saver)
If you've booked a Saver or Early Saver fare, or you've booked Select Price but not chosen car parking as your benefit, you'll need to arrange and pay for parking separately.
You can book with Cruise and Passenger Services:

- By calling 0345 071 3939

Parking is available at all Southampton cruise terminals.

Where should I park if I have mobility needs?
If you have accessibility needs, you'll be directed to a mobility receiving lane, where your car will be checked in. Porterage assistance is available to help with your luggage. Mobility assistance is available once inside the terminal if needed.
Please note that Cruise and Passenger Services do not offer complimentary parking for Blue Badge holders, and no such facilities are provided at each of the terminals in Southampton.
Returning to your car
Once you have picked up your luggage and passed through customs, you will be directed to the key collection point. After that, you will be directed to the relevant area of the car park where your vehicle is located. There will be marshals on hand to provide further assistance.
Valet parking
Valet parking is available at Southampton.
When you arrive, porters will be on hand to handle your luggage while you check your car in with representatives from Cruise and Passenger Services.

Common parking FAQs
Can I drop my bags off early before parking?
On arrival at your designated terminal in Southampton, you will be directed into a drop-off lane where you can unload your luggage. You can then check your car in and leave your keys with Cruise and Passenger Services.
If you're arriving early, you can also drop off your luggage from 12 pm and come back to the cruise terminal at your arrival time.

Where can I drop off my luggage?
You can drop off your luggage at the luggage drop-off zone. Luggage drop-off zones are clearly signposted, and our staff will direct you to them.
Porters are available to assist if needed. Once we've set sail, your cabin bags will be waiting for you outside your cabin.

I need to leave the ship early – what about my car?
If you've had to leave the ship early and your car is parked with Cruise and Passenger Services, please contact them directly to arrange a convenient time for collection.
