What accessibility facilities are there on board?

A polite reminder: if you have accessibility needs or health conditions, we kindly ask that you fill out our <a href="/accessibility/accessibility-and-medical-questionnaire">On-Board Needs Questionnaire</a> via <a title="Log in to My P&amp;O Cruises" href="/login/manage-booking" target="_blank">My P&amp;O Cruises</a> as soon as possible after booking your holiday, and no later than two weeks before your departure date.

<h2>Moving around the ship</h2>Most of the ship's areas are accessible for guests who use a wheelchair or have limited mobility. You may need to book the use of this in advance at Reception with 24 hours’ notice. The crew on our ships are trained to assist guests to operate the pool hoist but can’t help guests in and out of the chair.To find out which swimming pools on board offer a pool hoist, please see our ‘<a href="/accessibility/life-onboard/mobility-equipment">Mobility aids and equipment</a>’ page.<h3>Theatres</h3>Our entertainment venues have allocated spaces for guests to watch performances from their wheelchair or mobility scooter, as well as space for carers or travelling companions to sit nearby.
