How do I find and download my cruise boarding pass?

Step one: Check in online

Before you sail, you’ll need to check in online via My P&O Cruises. Online check-in is available 21 days before departure.

Step two: Download your passes

Once you’ve checked in online, your boarding passes will be ready for you to download. 

Please note: your boarding time and terminal will be allocated close to the sailing date. You can download your boarding passes after you’ve checked in or when your boarding time and terminal have been assigned. 

Click ‘Download’. Your passes will open in a new tab with all your boarding information included. It should look something like this: 

What should I do if I can’t find my boarding passes? 

Be sure to check the downloads folder on your device or in your browser downloads folder. 

Still can’t find them? Try using a different internet browser or try again later. You can also get in touch with our Customer Contact Centre who will be happy to help you. 

What should I do if something is wrong on my boarding passes?

Please get in touch with our Customer Contact Centre as soon as possible.

If your terminal or arrival time has changed, we’ll let you know and you’ll be able to download the revised boarding passes. 

Handy points to remember

• To board the ship, you can show the digital version of your boarding pass on your mobile phone. We recommend also having a paper copy handy just in case. 

• Keep your boarding pass with you, as you can use the barcode on it once on board to purchase anything before your cruise card is ready.
