Where can I find my itinerary information?

Knowing where to find itinerary information is essential for a smooth and enjoyable cruise holiday. This article will guide you on where to access and understand your itinerary details, ensuring you're well-prepared for your upcoming adventure.

Locating your itinerary during booking 

When you search for a cruise on the P&O Cruises website, you’ll see a range of cruises depending on your search preferences. To discover each cruise holiday's itinerary, simply click the ‘View itinerary’ button – as shown in the example below.

Once you’ve selected a cruise and clicked on ‘View itinerary’, you’ll have the option to see more detail about the holiday, including the ports visited – see the example below. 

To find out more about a destination, click on the tile to reveal a pop-up box with more information, As shown below.

Please note: you’ll have another chance to review your booking, including the itinerary, just before you complete your booking.

 

Locating your itinerary in My P&O Cruises

After you’ve booked your cruise holiday, you can refer to your itinerary in My P&O Cruises. Log in to My P&O Cruises here. You’ll need your booking reference, name and date of birth. 

Once logged in, you can locate your itinerary in several places. 

  • On the booking summary page (the first page you land on when you log in), you’ll see your holiday details under ‘Here’s your holiday’. Click on ‘View itinerary’.

 

  • The top of your screen contains quick links in the top navigation. One of these links will take you to your itinerary. Click ‘Your itinerary’.

You’ll then be taken to a screen with your upcoming holiday itinerary, which you can view by day, week or month.

Your itinerary will show an overview of the ship’s ports of call (unless you’re spending the day at sea). For more information, click on a specific day. You’ll then see more detail about the port, any bookings you’ve made (such as spa, dining, entertainment and shore experiences) and the dress code for the evening.

How can I download my itinerary? 

Simply click on the ‘Print’ icon. You can save your itinerary as a PDF or print it. 

Locating your itinerary via My Holiday

Once on board a P&O Cruises ship, you’ll have access to the My Holiday on-board planner. You’ll also be able to access My Holiday via your in-cabin TV. 

You’ll need to connect to the ship’s Wi-Fi and use your details to log in.

Once logged in, navigate to the ‘My Diary’ section to see an overview of your itinerary for your time on board. Like My P&O Cruises, you’ll be able to see any on-board activities you’ve booked, as well as the ship’s ports of call.

Your daily Horizon

When you’re on board, each evening you’ll receive Horizon (posted outside your cabin), which will include the ship's itinerary for the next day, including embarkation/disembarkation times (for port days), important contact information, as well as a full itinerary of all the on-board activities available throughout the day.
