How to make a booking at The Limelight Club

This article explains how to book The Limelight Club for your upcoming cruise. Bookings are made via Dining in My P&O Cruises.

Before you start

Please note: The Limelight Club is only available on Iona, Britannia and Arvia. It is an additional cost experience.

Booking slots open around 14 days before departure, and you may not see The Limelight Club on My P&O Cruises before this date, or it may say ‘coming soon’. To book, go to the Dining section in My P&O Cruises to find the performers appearing in The Limelight Club. It will not appear under Entertainment.

How to book the Limelight Club (before your cruise)

 

  1. Log in to My P&O Cruises.
    For advice on this please see our article on logging in.
  2. Go to the Drinks and Dining section in the secondary navigation bar. (This may appear at the top when you scroll)
  3. Select Dining.
  4. Scroll down to find the specific performers that will be appearing in The Limelight Club on your cruise. These will start with ‘The Limelight Club Presents’, then the name of the performer.
  5. Select 'Book now' or 'View details'
  6. This will take you to the overview of the event.
    Once you’re within 14 days of your cruise departure date you'll be able to book. Select the number of guests (up to 6) and your preferred date and time. Once you've selected your requirements, select 'Add to basket'. If you're booking a bigger party size than 6 please contact us.
  7. You will be returned to the top of the Dining page where you will see your shopping basket addition. You must complete checkout within 5 minutes to confirm your booking.
  8. Select 'Go to basket'
  9. Select 'Checkout'
  10. Complete the form, confirm you have read the Terms & Conditions and select 'Continue'
  11. Follow the on-screen steps to enter your payment details and complete your booking.

Once complete, your booking will be confirmed.

How to book on board

To book when on board, you can use the My Holiday on board portal. You can book The Limelight Club under both the Entertainment and Dining sections. Click on The Limelight Club performer, and follow the steps.

Alternatively, you can visit the reception desk for help booking.

If you can’t see the Limelight Club

Bookings for The Limelight Club usually open around 14 days before departure. It may not appear in your Dining section of My P&O Cruises before this date, or it may show as ‘coming soon’. If you’re within 120 days before departure, it will specify the date when bookings become available.

The Limelight Club is only available on board Iona, Britannia and Arvia.

If you’re due to sail soon, and The Limelight Club still hasn’t appeared in My Cruise, it may be fully booked. You can check again later or once on board.
