The basics
P&O Cruises partners with Starlink to provide our on-board Wi-Fi, offering improved connectivity and bandwidth as you travel.
Wi-Fi is available on board at an additional cost. There are two packages:
- Ultimate Wi-Fi: £20 per day for the length of your holiday, or £30 per day pay-as-you-go
- Essential Wi-Fi: £14 per day for the length of your holiday, or £20 per day pay-as-you-go
These prices are based on having one device connected. Price varies depending upon the length of your cruise and the number of devices connected.
Both packages allow you to use your own devices and are available throughout the ship.

Connection speeds may vary. Streaming and other high-data activities may be limited or excluded from some plans.
On some ships, you can use computers in the library free of charge. Limited printing is also available for documents such as boarding passes.
How to connect to the Wi-Fi
Most devices that support Wi-Fi can be used on board.
To connect:
- Put your device in airplane mode (or similar)
- Connect to the ship’s free Wi-Fi: P&OCruises_Guest_WIFI
- Visit internet.pocruises.com
- Select your package
Frequently asked questions
Using Wi-Fi on board
Will my mobile provider charge me?
No. You won’t be charged for using onboard Wi-Fi. Make sure mobile data is turned off to avoid charges at sea.
Can I use more than one device?
You can use multiple devices, but only one at a time. To use more than one at once, you’ll need a multi-device package.
Using My Holiday
Do I need Wi-Fi to use My Holiday?
No. My Holiday is free to use on board. Just connect to the ship’s Wi-Fi network.
Connection and performance
What if the connection is slow?
Connection speeds can vary due to weather or signal strength. Try refreshing the page or closing background apps. If the issue continues, contact Reception.
Using Wi-Fi off the ship
Can I use Wi-Fi ashore?
No. Wi-Fi packages only work on board. You may be able to use local Wi-Fi ashore.
Before you leave the ship
Can I use Wi-Fi on the day I leave?
Yes, you can continue to use your package until you leave the ship.
