<h2>My Account login - logging in with your email address and password</h2><p>If you're attempting to log in to your P&amp;O Cruises My Account, using the email address and password you used to create your account, here’s what to check:&nbsp;</p><p>Make sure you’re on the right login page. It will look like this:</p>


<p>Once you’ve confirmed you’re on the right page, check that:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>You’re using the same email address that you used to register for your P&amp;O Cruises My Account. This may be different to the one you used when making a cruise booking. Ensure there aren’t any typos in the address, nor extra characters or spaces before or after the email address.&nbsp;</li><li>You’ve entered the correct password (click the little eye icon on the right-hand side of the password field to double-check what you typed).&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br>If you’re still encountering difficulties, you will get an error message. The message you receive will determine how to continue.</p><p>Let’s have a look at the messages you may be getting:</p><h3>For messages starting “Incorrect password...”&nbsp;</h3><p>This means your email is recognised, but the password is wrong.&nbsp;</p><p>Click the ‘Forgot password/email’ link and follow the steps in the email you receive from us. Making a booking with P&amp;O Cruises does not automatically create an account for you, and the email you used to make your upcoming cruise booking may differ from the one you used to open your P&amp;O Cruises account.&nbsp;</p><p>If you have another email address, check the inbox for any emails from NO-REPLY@POCRUISES.COM.</p><p>If you want to create an account using a new email, click ‘Register’ to create a new account. You’ll get an email from us with an ‘Activate account’ link. Click it, follow the on-screen instructions, set a password, and log in.&nbsp;</p><h3><br>For messages starting “Welcome back – we’ve updated My Account...”&nbsp;</h3><p>You’re being asked to reset your password because we recently made changes to the P&amp;O Cruises My Account portal.&nbsp;</p><p>To reset your password, just click on the link in the email we sent you and follow the on-screen instructions.&nbsp;</p><p>Haven't got an email?
