Military benefits (Extra on-board spending money)

To claim your Military benefit in the form of additional on-board spending money, please call our Customer Contact Centre. You will need to provide your Defence Privilege Card number at the time of booking or no later than 7 days before departure. 

Please note that you may be asked to present your Defence Privilege Card upon embarkation.

If you’ve booked through a travel agent, you’ll need to contact them directly.

This offer is only applicable to Select Price bookings.

Blue Light Card benefits (Extra on-board spending money)

To enjoy your Blue Light Card benefit as extra on-board spending money, bookings must be made through our Customer Contact Centre or your travel agent. 

You will need to quote your Blue Light Card number at the time of booking and bring proof of employment with you on your cruise. Please note that this discount is only available for guests one and two, and is applicable to Select Price bookings only.

Unfortunately, we cannot add this benefit after a booking has been made. 

Peninsular Club discount

One of the great benefits of our Peninsular Club is our extra 5% discount on select cruise holidays. These are clearly marked on the website, see here to find out which ones are currently part of this offer. 

If you’re a member of our Peninsular Club, your discount will be automatically applied to your booking once you’ve logged into your My Account or added your account number to your personal details section of the booking journey. 

Please note that the 5% Peninsular Club discount is only available on selected cruises, clearly marked as ‘Peninsular Cruises’ in our brochure and online. To qualify, you must have sailed a minimum of 15 nights on board.
