My Holiday is our digital pocket planner, which you can easily access using your phone or tablet once you’re on board. It gives you the power to personalise each day of your holiday from the comfort of your cabin, sun lounger, wherever! With My Holiday, you can:
View your on-board account
Check your purchases and remaining on-board spending money
Make a dining reservation or join a virtual queue
Book tables or view sample menus
Book a seat for a show
Plan your visit to the theatre, cinema or event

Frequently asked questions
Accessing and logging into My Holiday
My Holiday is free to use and can be accessed as soon as you're on the ship.
To access My Holiday simply:
- Put your device (mobile phone or tablet) on airplane mode (or similar)
- Connect to the ship's free Wi-Fi: P&OCruises_Guest_WIFI
- Visit myholiday.pocruises.com via your browser or scan the QR code that you'll find on The How to Guide in your cabin, a link will pop up and take you straight to My Holiday
- To login, you'll need your pass number which is the last six digits below the barcode on your cruise card which will be waiting for you outside of your cabin

You can access My Holiday from the moment you step aboard your ship via your own device (mobile phone or tablet). You will need your pass number to login, which is the last six digits below the barcode on your cruise card – this will be waiting for you outside of your cabin. As My Holiday only works when connected to the ship's free WiFi (P&OCruises_Guest_WIFI), it can be used anywhere on the ship but cannot be used on shore.
Yes! My Holiday is available to every guest on board. However, guests under the age of 13 cannot make bookings nor join a virtual queue but may still browse on My Holiday. Age-restricted events will clearly specify a minimum age requirement in order to attend.
No. My Holiday allows you to effortlessly personalise your experience from wherever you are on board and supports our new health protocols by allowing you to pre-book and queue virtually. To use My Holiday, your device will need access to Wi-Fi and an internet browser (preferably Safari or Chrome). However, if you are unable to use My Holiday due to not having a mobile phone or tablet, then once you are on board you can call our holiday experience number from your cabin or drop by at one of the My Holiday experience desks that can be found in multiple locations around the ship. You’ll also find useful information in your daily Horizon.

Yes you can use My Holiday to book the theatre, cinema* and other events. Tap the 'Entertainment' icon in My Holiday to browse and book available entertainment. All bookings can then be viewed and managed in 'My bookings', including any bookings made before your holiday via My P&O Cruises. Your booking will also be visible in the 'My diary' section.'
*Cinema bookings are not required for Iona.
No, some venues do not require you to pre-book. You’ll only be able to see the bookable entertainment on My Holiday; any other entertainment will allow walk-ins depending on capacity.
Dining reservations and virtual queuing
To book a dining reservation, tap the ‘Dining’ icon from the My Holiday home page and you’ll be able to see the venues available for booking. Once you have found the venue you would like to book, select ‘See details’; this will take you through to more information about the restaurant and to complete your booking details. Once you have booked, a message will appear confirming the details of your booking. You can also search using ‘Find me a table’ to make bookings for any day during your holiday. You will be able to view all your bookings via 'My bookings' and your booking will also be visible in the 'My diary' section. To cancel your dining booking, tap the ‘My bookings’ icon, accessible from the My Holiday home page and tap 'Cancel'.
Many of our restaurants are bookable. For those that offer Freedom Dining or aren’t bookable, you can join a virtual queue or head straight to the restaurant and request a table.
For restaurants that offer Freedom Dining, you typically go to the restaurant and queue for a table. With My Holiday, you can join the queue from anywhere on the ship via your device - meaning more time to enjoy yourself while we prepare your table.
To join a virtual queue, tap the 'Dining' icon from the My Holiday home page. Restaurants that are open and available for virtual queuing will appear at the top of the page. Select ‘Join queue’ for the restaurant you would like to visit. On the following screen, you can choose the number of guests and request wheelchair seating. Once you have completed your details, select ‘Join queue’; a confirmation message will appear indicating your position in the queue. After you have closed the message you will be taken back to the Dining page where you’ll be able to see the number of people ahead of you in the queue – your position is updated every 60 seconds.
Keep My Holiday open; a message will appear on your screen to let you know when your table is ready. Select ‘I’m on my way’ and head to the restaurant. If you wish to leave the virtual queue, select the ‘Dining’ icon from the home page. At the top of this page, you can select the queue you are in and leave by pressing ‘LEAVE QUEUE’.
Sample drinks and dining menus are available to view on My Holiday. To view dining menus, tap the 'Dining' icon from the My Holiday home page. Click on the restaurant you'd like to see the menu for from the virtual queue section or available to book section. You will then see a link to the menus available for this restaurant. To view drinks menus, select the 'Drinks' icon from the home page and tap 'VIEW MENU' to see your chosen menu.
To book a shore experience, tap the ‘Shore experiences’ icon from the My Holiday home page. Here you can browse all of the available shore experiences for your holiday. Once you have found the shore experience you would like to book, select ‘DETAILS' and then 'BOOK NOW'; the available dates and times will appear for you to choose from.
To cancel a shore experience while on board, you will need to head to the Shore Experiences desk where a member of the team can assist you.
Yes – all of your pre-booked shore experiences as well as any new ones you book will appear in the 'My bookings' and 'My diary' section of My Holiday.
My Holiday features
My Holiday is your very own digital pocket planner. Using your device (mobile phone or tablet), you can view your on-board account summary, make a dining reservation or join a virtual queue for a restaurant, book a seat for a show, book a shore experience, view sample dining and drinks menus, manage your bookings and purchase Wi-Fi packages. As we continue to develop My Holiday, we’ll have more exciting features on the way.
Yes. All reservations and bookings made via My Holiday will be charged to your on-board account once the reservation or booking is complete. The transaction will show on your on-board account summary after you have been charged.
Yes; My Holiday will time or log you out if it has been open and you haven’t interacted with it for one hour. If you are in a virtual queue, you will not be timed out of My Holiday, but will need to select ‘I’m on my way’ once you reach the front of the queue to avoid being logged out and losing your place.
'My bookings' provides a summary view of everything you've booked for your holiday. 'My diary' is a summary of all your upcoming bookings, including any booked on your behalf by others.
All applicable charges will be made to your on-board account – you will not need to pay separately or via a different method when you make a booking in My Holiday.
You cannot amend spa appointments via My Holiday. Please head to the spa desk on board for any appointment queries and cancellations.
Connectivity and WiFi
You do not need to use your data in order to use My Holiday. Simply put your device (mobile phone or tablet) on ‘airplane mode’ (or similar) and connect to the ship’s free Wi-Fi: P&OCruises_Guest_WIFI. We suggest using airplane mode as it’s the safest way to ensure you won’t incur any unwanted data charges. Alternatively, you can turn off your mobile data.
When you are using the ship’s free Wi-Fi, you can access My Holiday and websites that are free to browse, such as our brand websites. However, for all other sites and internet usage, you will need to have an active internet package or use your own data where charges may apply. You can purchase internet packages via My Holiday.
To purchase an internet package, you can tap the 'Internet packages’ icon on the My Holiday home page and then follow the easy on-screen instructions.
In the days and weeks leading up to your holiday, you can start to customise your trip using My P&O Cruises. You’ll be able to make dining reservations, book entertainment and book shore experiences. Once on board, My Holiday allows you to personalise your holiday in real-time. You will see all the bookings made ahead of your holiday via My P&O Cruises and can manage selected bookings, as well as make new bookings, join virtual queues for restaurants, view your on-board account summary and more.
Head to the ‘My bookings’ section on My Holiday to see a summary of everything you've booked for your holiday – including any bookings made before your holiday via My P&O Cruises. You can review and cancel certain bookings via My Holiday. If available, a ‘CANCEL BOOKING’ button will appear underneath a booking, which you can select. Normal cancellation policies apply. If the option to cancel a booking does not appear in My Holiday, you can request to cancel the booking via the relevant service desk.
